PROAITS is a CRM platform designed to automate and optimize the hiring process for multiple companies through a microservices-based backend architecture. It enables companies to manage recruitment workflows including company profiles, contacts, jobs, and candidates efficiently.

Each module — Company, Company Contacts, Jobs, and Candidates — features complete CRUD operations with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). The system includes advanced capabilities such as audit logging, analytics and reporting, backend-driven filtering and pagination, push notifications, and global plus Boolean search functionality. Additionally, it supports AI-powered resume parsing using Python and integrates Outlook email for seamless communication across modules.

We are expanding the platform with AI-driven features like automated screening, candidate communication, and performance-based filtering.

As a backend developer, I worked on architecting and developing the microservices using Node.js with TypeScript, Express.js, and PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM. I also implemented Docker for containerization and set up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and scalability.
